SHIPPING

1.) How can I track my order status? Once an order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.

How long does it normally take for my order to arrive? Orders depend on what shipping method was chosen at checkout. Most packages arrive within 5-7 days once the order has shipped.

I have not received my order, what can I do? Out of Control is run by a small team. We take pride in hand crafting all of our items. With that being said it may take a little longer for certain items to ship due to the complexity of the design. Please allow up to  3-5 days to complete items prior to shipping. If you have any questions about delayed items, please contact us at customerservice@outofcontrol.co

What do I do when I got the wrong item or am missing items? Contact our customer service email at customerservice@outofcontrol.co with a picture of the packing ship and item or items included in your package. We will send the correct order out to you after confirming the packing slip and contents. 

RETURNS

1.) What is your return/exchange policy? We accept exchanges and returns up to 30 days after the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and original tags must be intact. We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method or in the form of store credit. We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.

How long will the return/exchange process take? Returns/Exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days after the return has been received. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method or store credit.

Am I responsible for shipping cost on returned/exchanged items? We offer free shipping labels on all eligible returns and exchanges.

Received the wrong or defective products? We are so sorry to hear this, customer service is very important to us here at Out of Control. Please reach out to our customer service department at customerservice@outofcontrol.co with your order number and an image of the defective product for further assistance. 

5.) 
Non-refundable/returnable items? Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, socks, or stickers. All non-refundable items will be clearly marked on the product page at time of purchase.

Products

1.) True to size? Most of the items sold by Out of Control are true to size or oversized. Please follow the size guidelines on each item as things may vary. Items that are oversized will be clearly marked on the product page.

2.)
Shrinking? Most of our items here at Out of Control are preshrunk so you should notice minimal to no shrinking. Some products can shrink more considerably than others depending on the material used. 

3.)
 How should I wash my garments? We always recommend reading the care label on your new items before washing them. This can be found on the bottom inside seem of most garments. 
    3A.) We recommend washing all garments inside out in low or cold temperature water with similar colors. Doing so will help decrease fading and increase the longevity of the garment.
     3B.) Whenever possible, air dry to preserve garments elasticity, logos, and prints for longer. Most garments can withstand tumble drying on low, but air drying is recommended. 
     3c.) Items that have been washed are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4.)
Can I iron my garment? We recommend not ironing over any images as they are cured to the garment using heat.

Why doesn't Out of control not have a phone number? Out of Control is a small brand and does not have a call center. We are not set up to handle high volume phone calls. Please contact us via email at customerservice@outofcontol.co for all inquiries.
